National Saturday Club at the V&A

In January, Barnaby Barford was invited to run a Masterclass at the Victoria and Albert Museum for the National Saturday Club, a charity providing free Saturday art classes for 13–16 year old students across the country.

After exploring their feelings and sharing ideas about different subjects, the students chose to make an eight-metre-long word drawing about Brexit. The work was exhibited in the Summer Show 2018 at Somerset House, London, in June – a great project that amplifies the voices of the future and truly reveals the breadth of creativity the next generations have to offer.
